Loan process - only for staff

CWC / BFC Loan process

Checklist:

  • Confirm all information in Salesforce - Full name, mobile, email, mailing address, employment status, etc.

  • At least three appointments are recorded in Salesforce's “Progam Engagement” area.

  • Spending analysis is completed and reviewed with the client (use this to calculate loan repayment time). Upload the spending analysis to the Salesforce file.

    • Credibility loan: Term 6 or 12 months.

    • Opportunity loan: Term between 10, 12, 15, 18 or 20 months. Agree with the client depending on the available budget.

  • Credit report release was provided and reviewed with the client. Upload the credit report to the Salesforce file.

  • On Salesforce, create a “New Loan Request” and upload:

    • Photo ID

    • Paystubs of three months

    • Previous month's bank transactions (entire month, including name, account #, and address)

    • Additional support documents are needed to prove the client’s case (e.g., car repair bill, credit card bill, etc.).

    • Preferred disbursement method. Currently available: Cash App, Venmo, Paypal, Skyla direct deposit, and paper check (mailed to their address). For all ways, request a screenshot of the account name (showing their actual name or last name.

  • In the Teams channel, “Loans to review” create a new post with this structure":

    • Tag Tonia McDougal (loans officer), loan review date, and applicant name.

    • E.g. Tonia McDougald Wednesday 11/13/24, One loan (Ronisha Parks)-Alisha

  • After the loan is approved, complete the “CWC Loan Application” and “CWC Loan Check Request " forms.

  • Create a new post in Teams Channel, “Loans in Play” a post with this structure:

    • Client name - Amount and kind of loan. Requested disbursement type.

    • E.g. David Garcia -$1000 Opportunity loan. 20-month repayment.  CashApp: $$money$$
